The ROPA Tiger 6S comes with the efficient telematics hardware including SIM card for online access as standard equipment. The telematics module is thus the basis for proactive Service 4.0 with predictive analytics and fast assistance and diagnostics if service is required on any continent. When service is required, if desired the service technician can switch directly to the terminal and the machine control and assist the driver, e.g. with problem-solving.

The dashboard shows the current status of the machines and the daily output. The location, road and harvesting travel along with the current harvesting progress of the various machines can be viewed in the individual view along with additional details. Finished orders are transmitted to the R-Connect portal where they can be viewed and evaluated by the machine schedulers in the R-Connect online portal as well as downloaded.
With the R-Connect online portal, many things are much easier, even if the concern is only bringing the driver a delicious lunch in the field. Experience the numerous possibilities of the ROPA R-Connect and speak to your ROPA plant representative or sales partner.
At Agritechnica in Hannover, ROPA presented the new Tiger 6s, which is networked with the R-Connect Portal via the standard telematics module. ROPA received a silver medal at Agritechnica for the innovation of the R-Connect monitor for completely automatic image documentation during the sugar beet harvest.
Now online service is the focus of development for the R-Connect online portal.
If the driver needs service assistance, he can receive remote assistance thanks to the R-Connect online service. In the future, new functions for predictive maintenance will help reduce downtimes.
R-Connect Monitor is the intelligent, fully automated image documentation during the sugar beet harvest. During harvest and when emptying the bunker, pictures with their assigned location are taken automatically. The images from the optional camera on the cabin roof for monitoring sugar beet crops before harvest and the camera images on the unloading conveyor for quality control of the harvest during bunker emptying are assigned to the harvest order on the R-Connect Portal.

The areas harvested, the yield (number of times the bunker was filled), and the position of the beet clamp can be documented from the sugar beet harvester. A visual record of the beet area before the harvest and also the result of the harvest can therefore be documented.

The areas harvested, the yield (number of times the bunker was filled), and the position of the beet clamp can be documented from the sugar beet harvester. With this Agritechnica innovation, the sugar beet fields can be documented before harvesting and the crop yield documented visually.
